Full-Time Live-In Nannies

A live-in nanny is a childcare provider who lives in your home. They serve as loving, nurturing and trustworthy companions to children. This individual provides care for your child or children during an agreed upon set of hours. Generally, the total number of hours per week is 30+ hours. Some of the duties include but not limited to bathing, making beds, meal preparation for the kids, taking the child to classes and playgroups. Studies prove that having the right nanny for the family can greatly affect a child’s development.

How It Works

Nannies: A nanny placement normally takes a minimum of 3 weeks.

    We get to know you

    Once we receive your registration, we contact you via phone to learn more about you and your family’s needs.

  • 2nd Stage

    Family Assessment

    A Signet Nannies agent will come to your home to meet your family, assess your needs and understand your values.

  • 3rd Stage

    Search

    Signet Nannies gets to work to find you the right nanny based on your specific needs and requirements.

  • 4th Stage

    Review & Interview

    We send you profiles of nannies that are a strong fit for the position for your review. We coordinate interviews between you and your favorite candidates. We will then follow up with you on your feedback.

  • 5th Stage

    Hiring

    When ready to hire your future nanny, Signet Nannies will guide you to complete a nanny/family work agreement. We do this to ensure that you start your new relationship on the right foot. We will also advise you on your responsibilities as a domestic employer including payroll and taxes and compliance.

    Follow-Up

    After your hire, we are always here to answer any questions you may have or just stay in touch!
